The e-mail address associated with my order is not correct. What do I do now?

Log into your Absolutely Fresh account via this page. While ordering, you have also done this; it goes in the same way.
Under Settings, you can change the e-mail address associated with your account. Any new orders will then be linked to the correct e-mail address.
Have you already placed an order and an incorrect e-mail address is linked to it? Using Paylogic’s email change tool, you can correct an incorrectly entered email address.
How to do this?
- Click on this link
- Enter your bank statement details (order date, payment reference and amount paid)
- Enter the correct email address
- If the provided information is correct, the email address will be updated
- A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address (also check your Spam folder)
