It is almost time! With a nice spring sunshine on the weather forecast, a massive festival site and more than 55 artists, this will be an edition to remember! Read the info below to be fully prepared for HARDFEST.

Briefly

• Enjoy the spring sunshine during the day, but bring something warm for the evening.
• Adress: Drienerlolaan 5 in Enschede. Parking is free at the Grolsch Veste / FC Twente stadion, adress: Colosseum 65, Enschede. 
• Come on time and avoid waiting. We expect big crowds between 3:00 – 6:00 pm.
• Please bring a valid ID. A copy is not valid.
• Liquids, food and glass are not allowed (so no perfumes, deodorants, hairspray, etc).
• Buy the very last tickets here.

The forecast is showing us perfect festival weather in Enschede: 17°C and sun.

The festival site has paved surfaces and several large tents. So even if it rains we party hard!

Tip: bring a sweater for the evening. Because no matter how hard we are going to stampede together, a warm sweater in the evening is never a bad idea. There are plenty of lockers where you can store your stuff.

➜ Opening hours
At 12:00 the gates of HARDFEST open at Universiteit Twente. The festival lasts until 23:00 hours. Until 22:00 you can still enter the terrain.

➜ There are no cigarettes available – no smoking inside the tents (outside is allowed)
There will be no cigarettes available on the festival grounds this year either! It is also forbidden to smoke inside the tents. This will be monitored – in case of violation, we are forced to remove you from the site.

Transport

• Train
  The Enschede Kennispark (Drienelo) train station is a short 10-minute walk from the University of Twente, the festival site. Therefore there are no shuttle buses.
• Car
  You can park for free at the parking lot near the FC Twente Stadion/Grolsch Veste. Address: Colosseum 65 in Enschede. This is about a 10 min walk to the festival site.
• Bicycle/scooter
  Use the bicycle parking. This is free, but not guarded. The parking is located near the entrance and clearly indicated by signage.

Still looking for a ticket or want to sell your ticket? Use our Resale Platform. This is the only way to buy and sell your ticket(s) 100% secure. After selling your ticket, the buyer will receive a completely new ticket with a new unique barcode.

➜ Ticket support
An entrance manager from our ticket provider Paylogic will be present at the main entrance (until about 7 p.m.) to answer all your questions regarding tickets. Please bring your ID card, confirmation email (if you have one) and your payment instructions.

➜ Personalizing Tickets
Don’t forget to personalize your tickets through your Absolutely Fresh account. On your order page, you can select a ticket and choose “Assign Tickets”. Personalizing tickets or changing the name on a ticket is possible until during the event.

➜ Name change
From the confirmation email or your Absolutely Fresh account, go to your order page. Here you can quickly and easily change your ticket data yourself.

• On your order page you can select More actions followed by Change name.
• Select the correct ticket (automatic if you only have one ticket).
• Fill in the requested data and select the correct payment method.
• Read the explanation at the bottom and tick to agree.
• Complete the Name Change by paying.

➜ Recycling system
We are using a recycling system at HARDFEST. Upon entry, you will receive recycling tokens. This is how it works when ordering a drink.

➜ Lockers
At the entrance you will find lockers in which you can easily and safely store your belongings. The size of a locker is 30cm wide, 40cm deep and 24cm high. They are for sale on location and cost € 10. Buy your locker here.

Purchased your locker online?
You will be emailed your locker number and code shortly before the event. Don’t forget to check your spam folder as well.

At the festival, you can rent a locker via a QR code and an online payment. Please note: limited availability.

➜ Tokens
At the festival grounds, payment is made using tokens. These can be purchased on-site using debit card, cash, or credit card.
Tip: order your tokens online in advance to save time at the festival. Order them here.

Please note: these tokens are only valid during HARDFEST 2025 and are non-refundable.

➜ What is not allowed to bring onto the festival grounds?

• Bringing your own food and/or beverages is NOT allowed.
• Glassware is NOT allowed on and around the festival grounds.
• Liquids are NOT allowed (deodorant, deodorant rollers, perfumes, hairspray, etc.) to bring.
• Sunscreen IS allowed to bring in tube, but NOT in a spray.
• Medications are NOT allowed to bring without an official doctor’s certificate.

Medication, food, and liquids that are necessary due to an allergy or medical condition are allowed, provided they are accompanied by a medical passport.

➜ In & out
After leaving the event, it is not possible to go back inside.
